The brief

A small budget with no room for waste. Every dirham had to land on a query that already wanted the product, which puts the work in the keyword architecture and the feed rather than in bidding tricks.

What I did

  • Built the account around tight, intent-matched keyword groups instead of broad catch-alls.
  • Cleaned the product feed so Shopping and Performance Max had accurate titles, categories and availability to work with.
  • Let Performance Max carry the long tail while Search held the high-intent head terms.
  • Read the account monthly on conversion value per cost, which is the column these snapshots are sorted on.

What it means

Four snapshots rather than one, because a single good month proves nothing. The account held a double-digit return in three of the four, and the weakest month is the one where spend was pulled back hardest.
